Letter from the Director

Dear Friends and Supporters
of Hassadna Jerusalem Music Conservatory,

A leading institute for music education in Israel, Hassadna Jerusalem Music Conservatory prides itself on delivering top-tier music education and collaborating with some of Israel’s most talented musicians.

At the core of our conservatory is our student body, the true heart and soul of Hassadna. We are dedicated to offering a personalized program that mirrors each student’s distinct talents, interests, and capabilities. Our rigorous and comprehensive curriculum is enhanced by personalized and professional support to guide students throughout their musical journey.

We prioritize understanding each student on an individual level. As they grow and evolve in their musical pursuits, we adapt and tailor their program of study to ensure they reach their full potential.

Entering our musical home, children are inspired to dream ambitiously, supported every step of the way with access to unparalleled musicians and a varied assortment of special programs and opportunities designed to enrich their education.

Individual lessons are complemented by a range of enrichment activities—ensembles, orchestras, theory classes, master classes, and workshops—integral to a holistic music education.

Beyond nurturing Israel’s future musicians and enthusiasts, Hassadna is dedicated to creating a nurturing musical haven for all—students, faculty, and staff and their families. Our welcoming, supportive environment celebrates the rich diversity of our community.

In the culturally rich and complex tapestry of Jerusalem, we are especially proud of our diverse community. Welcoming students from all backgrounds—religious and secular, Jewish and Arab, new and established immigrants, from every socio-economic status, including at-risk youth and children with special needs—Hassadna reflects the vibrant human mosaic of our city.

We hold a firm belief in music’s power to forge connections that transcend societal divisions. Our special programs for children of Ethiopian descent, children with special needs, and children of asylum seekers ensure every student at Hassadna receives the support necessary for their integration and musical success.

Our heartfelt gratitude extends to our students’ families and to our dear network of Friends of Hassadna, whose generosity fosters this unique educational environment.

I warmly invite you to learn more about Hassadna, to join our community by attending concerts, visiting our school, enrolling your children for music studies, and exploring our website.

Warmly,
Lena Nemirovsky-Wiskind
